Client must be an established client of Pinnacle Employee Services for a minimum of one (1) month prior to the payment of Referral Fee. Referral fees will be paid out within 90 days.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility, incentive awards, or interpretation of these terms will be resolved by PES at its sole discretion.

Referral program subject to change.

The current referral payout assumes the standard administrative fee (“admin fee”) is charged to the client. PES reserves the right to adjust the referral payout pro rata when the admin fee is adjusted.
