For every qualifying company you refer that becomes a client of PES, you’ll receive a bonus based on the number of employees.
Each successful referral earns its own payout and there’s no cap on how many you can submit.
Client must be an established client of Pinnacle Employee Services for a minimum of one (1) month prior to the payment of Referral Fee. Referral Fees are paid unless the Pinnacle employee is no longer associated or employed with any Pinnacle entity. Referral fees will be paid out within 90 days.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility, incentive awards, or interpretation of these terms will be resolved by PES at its sole discretion.
Existing PES clients who refer new business can receive credit towards their admin fee instead or payout.

The current referral payout assumes the standard administrative fee (“admin fee”) is charged to the client. PES reserves the right to adjust the referral payout pro rata when the admin fee is adjusted.
