Marble has more than 25 years experience in Human Resources, Business Development and Leadership. With a passion for fostering the growth and success of small and midsize businesses she has dedicated her career to partnering with business owners/ leaders to offer organizational solutions: human resource infrastructure, streamlined administrative processes, market leading benefits while reducing liability and streamlining labor cost.
Prior to rejoining Pinnacle, Marble most recently led a dynamic full scope Human Resource team within a national multi entity biomedical organization.
