
Mark Pietrowski
CEO

Mark Pietrowski serves as President and CEO of Pinnacle Employee Services and has over 16 years of experience in the payroll, human resources, and PEO industry. He started his career as an account executive for Lamar Advertising, the nation’s largest outdoor billboard advertising company, where he quickly rose through the ranks from a salesperson in Syracuse, New York to Vice President/ General Manager in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and later transferred to a larger office in Toledo, Ohio.
From Lamar, Mark transitioned to the payroll industry when he joined Paychex, a leading payroll provider. There he sold their human resources programs for 6 years and was honored as District 30’s MVP of the year in 2007. In 2008 Mark went to work for a Syracuse, New York-based PEO where he learned the nuances of professional employer organizations over his six-year tenure.
In 2014 Mark led the management team at Pinnacle in launching Pinnacle Employee Services (PES) with the goal of providing superior service to clients utilizing the industry’s lead technology, robust benefits, and wellness plans, and a well-rounded staff of professionals

Beth Eckert, PHR®, SHRM-CP
Vice President of Human Resources

Beth Eckert is the Vice President of Human Resources. She brings over 20 years of experience to the team with her extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll. Prior to joining Pinnacle Employee Services, she managed the Human Resources department for mid-size companies in industries including hospitality, environmental remediation, and a global emergency response services company.
Currently, Beth leads the Human Resources and Client Service team at Pinnacle. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, benefits administration, HR infrastructure and policy, and procedure development.

Anne Krouse
President

Anne M. Krouse joins the team as President. Anne has been with Pinnacle’s parent company Pinnacle Holding for the past 15 years serving in roles as Director of Finance and Manager of Human Resources. She has held prior positions in Finance and Marketing for retail companies in New York City, Boston, and Syracuse. The mother of three children, Anne and her husband live in Manlius.

Kristian Krause, FPC
Implementation Manager

Kristian Krause, Payroll Manager, has ten years of experience in payroll. Prior to joining Pinnacle Employee Services, she managed payroll implementation for another local payroll company. She has experience managing payroll for commercial real estate companies, restaurants, prevailing wages, small to large businesses, and has worked for one of the largest payroll companies in the country. She is FPC certified as of 2021. Currently, Kristian is managing the payroll team at Pinnacle.

Claire Wigler
Implementation Specialist

Claire graduated from the University of Mount Olive with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2017. During her time at Mount Olive, she was on the women’s lacrosse team. Claire brings here 3 years of experience in Human Resources including an HR internship with American Medical Response and her position as a Human Resource Assistant at Medical Answering Services where she was promoted to Human Resource Generalist in 2020. Claire is a valuable asset to the PES team where she furthers her career as an Implementation Specialist.

Gina Gilbert, PHR®, SHRM-CP
Senior HR Manager

Gina Gilbert joins Pinnacle as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Gina was most recently at Dinosaur Barbeque where she oversaw employee recruitment and relations. Her 20 years of managing employee benefits make her a welcome addition here at Pinnacle. Gina and her husband live in Clay along with their 18 month-old son.

Shari Jackson
HR Business Partner

Shari Jackson is a Human Resources Business Partner. She brings 15 years of experience to the team with her knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll. Prior to joining Pinnacle Employee Services, she was the Office Manager for mid-sized companies in the environmental remediation, demolition, and emergency response industries.
Currently, Shari is a part of the growing Human Resources and Client Service team at Pinnacle. She is knowledgeable in benefit offerings, training and development, and team building.

Tammie Alnutt
HR Business Partner

Tammie Alnutt joined Pinnacle Employee Services as a Human Resources Business Partner. She brings over 10 years of experience to the team including HR, payroll, and accounting in the food manufacturing and warehouse industries. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Tammie was a Human Resource Manager at a mid-sized facility services company in Central New York. She is knowledgeable and excited to provide exceptions HR services to Pinnacle’s clients.

Mackenzie Edinger
Benefits Administrator

Mackenzie Edinger is the Benefits Administrator at Pinnacle Employee Services. Prior to joining the team Mackenzie spent over 7 years at Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists where she worked her way to the Human Resources Assistant. While learning all aspects of the job her main focus was benefits and payroll.
Currently Mackenzie works with all of Pinnacle Employee Services Client’s to offer Benefit support and development. Her areas of expertise are health insurance, customer service and leave of absence including Family Medical Leave Act, Paid Family Leave and Disability.

Kimberley Wright
Benefits Specialist

Kimberly Wright joins us as a Benefits Specialist. Due to the varied requirements of our wide array of clients, Kimberly will focus on a select group of clients. Kimberly joins Pinnacle from Rite Aid where she was an HR Coordinator. She recently completed her degree in Business Administration from ECPI University in Virgin Beach, VA. Kim lives in Constantia with her four children.

Nina Faubert
LOA Specialist

Nina joined Pinnacle Employee Services in June 2022 as a Payroll Administrator and transitioned to Benefits Specialist in 2023. She has over 7 years’ experience working in finance, banking, and payroll. Nina also has managerial experience, is great at communication, team building and loves to boost morale. She lives by the quote “It’s a great day if you make it a great day” and thoroughly enjoys spreading positivity, knowledge, and laughter to everyone she encounters. Nina is a valuable asset to the Pinnacle team where she’s enthusiastic to further her career, grow her skills and flourish in the company.

Hope Haefner
Senior Payroll Manager

Hope has been in the payroll business for almost 40 years, with over 20 of those years being in the PEO business. She has processed many types of payrolls from the easiest to the most complicated. With more than 10 years of management experience, she loves to be a problem solver. Hope loves a challenge, the harder the better. She has an AS in Accounting and has gone through Internal Auditor training, both of which totally relate to what she enjoys doing most.

Victoria Wickert
Payroll Administrator II

Victoria joins our team with more than 15 years of payroll experience. She worked for a major payroll provider where she held various roles from payroll specialist to mentor to implementation of new clients. Victoria also managed a payroll company that supported small businesses and has several years of PEO experience.

Stevie Smith
Payroll Administrator I

Stevie joined Pinnacle Employee Services in 2021 as a Payroll Administrator.
Stevie studied Business Administration at Onondaga Community College and brings over 10 years of experience in the payroll field having worked at 5 years at ADP as a payroll specialist, 2 years at ADMI as a payroll administrator, and 4 years at ARM as a payroll and benefits administrator.
Stevie is excited about the opportunity to assist our clients with their payroll needs.

Alex Godzak
Employer Solutions Specialist

Alex graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo NY with a degree in Sports Management. During his time at Canisius, Alex spent all 4 years on the men’s baseball team. Alex has always had a passion for sales and enjoys being able to meet new people and assist them with their needs. When Alex isn’t working, you can find him at the gym or on the golf course. Alex will be a valuable asset moving forward in the growth of Pinnacle Employee Services.

Alysha Jasewicz, CPA
Controller

Alysha is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. She graduated from SUNY Oswego with her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2017 and her Master in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Public Accounting in 2019. Prior to joining PES in 2020, she was a Tax Accountant at a regional public accounting firm located in Syracuse. Alysha has experience in several areas in public accounting, including corporate and personal income tax compliance and planning, auditing, and accounting services. She has helped to streamline accounting processes, handles recordkeeping with the accounting department, and helps with ad hoc client needs. In 2022, Alysha was named Controller of PES. In her new role, she provides leadership to the accounting team and oversees all financial activities as the company continues its strong growth.

Christopher Pawling
Tax Specialist

Chris graduated from Onondaga Community College with an associate’s degree in mathematics. He then attended LeMoyne College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Chris started his career in the pharmaceutical industry doing drug expiration date support for a major pharmaceutical company. Due to a change in business direction and philosophy on the part of the company, Chris transitioned careers to payroll and finance for Carrols Corporation, processing weekly payrolls for over 35,000 employees. Chris was promoted to tax specialist after a few years and was responsible for the periodic payroll tax payments, filings, and tax compliance issues. He then moved to TGCplayer and was responsible for the bi-weekly payroll and the monthly sales tax filings in all 45 states which collect sales tax. He was then named the Payroll Director for Community Wellness Partners in Clinton, NY. He comes to Pinnacle Employee Services as our Tax Specialist with over 8+ years of payroll and sales tax filing experience, and is responsible for the periodic payments, filings, and any tax compliance issues for our clients. Chris lives in Syracuse with his wife, Andrea, and their two dogs Larry and Frankie. Chris and his wife enjoy traveling and is a die-hard Syracuse Orange and New York Yankee fan.

Charlotte Dieroff
Director of Recruiting

Charlotte Dieroff started her career in the food industry, having studied Food Science at Cornell University. She joined International Food Network (now Eurofins) that developed products for the consumer goods market, with key clients including SlimFast, Häagen-Dazs, and McNeil. Charlotte transitioned from hands-on product development to client management and business development before deciding to capitalize on those strengths and make the leap to the recruiting industry. She quickly learned the business and is now bringing that experience to Pinnacle Talent Solutions, focusing on both internal and external placements across a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, architecture, and engineering to name a few.
