Referral Payout Example:
Company X is a 110 person company with an annual payroll of $5M. Their PES Administrative Fee is 1% of the payroll, which equals $50,000.
*Client must be an established client of Pinnacle Employee Services for a minimum of 6 (six) months prior to the payment of Referral Fee. Referral Fees are paid unless the Pinnacle employee is no longer associated or employed with any Pinnacle entity. If the referral payout is over $10,000, the amount will be paid out over multiple payments within the first year.
