Plan Administration Service Support (PASS)
PASS (Plan Administration Service Support) is a program offered by Transamerica that helps take the burden of administering a 401(k) plan off of the employer. PASS handles the enrollment, loan requests, distributions, and all communications with the employees participating in the 401(k) plan.
