2023 W-2 forms have been mailed out to employee’s home addresses. All employees (current and terminated) can access their 2023 W-2 forms through the employee portal effective immediately.

Senior Payroll Administrator

The Senior Payroll Administrator will process weekly payroll and maintain employee time records for assigned clients. The Senior Payroll Administrator will work alongside the Payroll Manager to improve the functionality and processes of the Payroll Department. This position reports to the Payroll Manager. This is an in-office position.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
  • Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.
  • Responsible for making sure clients’ employees are paid accurately and timely.
  • Issues/reissues physical checks or direct deposits.
  • Generates, prints, and distributes reports and checks for clients as needed.
  • Assists Payroll Manager in resolving payroll issues as needed.
  • Oversees the update and maintenance of various timekeeping systems used by clients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient in Prism or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
  • Working knowledge of timekeeping systems.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills a plus.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Payroll or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a payroll position.
  • Customer service experience required.

 

Salary Range: $58,500 – $65,000
